Our plans changed. We decided to give our legs a bit of a break and take a day off. There was little activity today, other than touring through a local Chateau for a French King. It's a big house. We also visited a very large Catholic church, crypts and all. Sorry, but no photos were allowed!
We did score a great hotel and had Sushi for dinner (super fresh as you can imagine)
Please check back in tomorrow. We will revert back to the ride to Forges-les-Eaux, about 56 miles. I bet we have some good pictures to share then!

ReplyDeleteHi Jill, the place is called Chateau d'Eau. Very cool museum with rooms preserved as they were in the early 1800s. Tomorrow we are touring Chenonceau and Chambord tomorrow, very excited for that!
